Milan

Milan. City of Design, Aperol Spritz.. and learning Italian.

If you'r ever wondering where to go for your next trip, just check out skyscanner airline website and type as destination "Anywhere". This resulted in a trip to Milan for us, and definately a recommended city if you'r up for the Industrial vibe this city has to offer.

"Grazie": we knew that 'thanks' in Italian is called 'Grazie', but we wondered what one says when you'r offering something, similar to the English "you are welcome".

The English level of our first waiters were not that good, so our question was not yet answered. A Bangladeshi store owner could only say " Tutto Pesto", so that left us empty as well. Finally, when being served a fine dish of Italian gnocci in truffel sauce, and hearing the word "Preggo" from our waiter, finalized our search.

Preggo, means, 'you are welcome'. Do you like to speak the simple local languages during your travels?
